We are going to WDW in December. My computer seems to be stuck on the WDW website's low-bandwidth version. How can I view the high-bandwidth website? It works for the Disneyland and DCL websites, so I'm a little confused. Thanks for helping.

    Hi Robert!

Hopefully, one of these ideas will help you!

When I switch to the low-bandwidth and/or text site, at the very bottom of the page is a link that says "To view images and html, please return to the Walt Disney World main site". Hopefully clicking on that link will redirect you and straighten out your access!

If not, then another step would be to try deleting your browser's cookie for the Disney Site. This is a stored piece of information on your computer which gives the browser and website information to remember you. It may be thinking you like low-bandwidth for some reason! The option to clear your cookie is different in each browser, so it probably makes the most sense to use the "help" feature of which ever browser you are using to find the correct way to do this.

For further technical information, here is the link to the Disney World Website Technical FAQ. There is a section there about cookies as well.

Hope one of these works for you!
