We are going to WDW for my DD's 5th birthday. I was thinking about going to BBB in downtown Disney the evening before our breakfast with the princesses at Akerhaus the next morning. Do you think that her princess makeover will hold up overnight?

    Hi Heather,

Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is a princess' dream come true. With hair, makeup and some bling, this is a fun experience for anyone who likes to shine.

While my children have not done this experience, I have seen plenty of other princess walking around in the park afterwards. I feel the hair would definitely stay overnight especially if they get a bun or an up-do.

The makeup might be more difficult to keep on overnight. If your daughter is a restless sleeper, you may find more on the pillow then her face.

I would call the Fairy Godmothers' in Training and ask their thoughts. If they say their magic will work overnight, go with your original plan. If not, go first thing in the morning and eat at Akershus or plan a dinner with princesses. My favorite princess meal is dinner at 1900 Park Fare with Cinderella at the Grand Floridian.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
