We will be in WDW for 6 days with 2 1/2 yr old daughter - plan to spend most of time in MK and 1 day in Hollywood Studios, and would also like to go to either Epcot or Animal Kingdom. Which do you think a 2 1/2 year old would like better??

Hi Amanda!  Wow that is a tough one.  I am wondering if you purchased hopper passes or MYW base tickets?  My first suggestion would be AK, as I think she would enjoy the animals and such attractions like Kilimanjaro's Safari, Nemo the Musical and Camp Minnie and Mickey.  But I also don't think it will take you a full day to see everything.  Even with my older children, we are usually through AK in half a day.  If you have the park hopper option you could then head over to Epcot and enjoy walking around the World Showcase and catching Illuminations that night.  If you don't have the hopper option then you might want to consider AK and then enjoy an afternoon at the pool.  I love both of these parks but I know when my girls were younger, they enjoyed AK more than Epcot.
I really hope this helps and if you have any more questions, please come back to the Mom's Panel.  Thanks for the great question and I hope you have a magical WDW vacation.
