    We'll be in WDW in 30 DAYS!!! Is that too soon to call to make a room request? We unexpectedly need to accomadate a wheelchair for my MIL. Just need to try to get ground floor at CBR.

    Hi Angela! You should definitely call in advance to make your special request. I would call two weeks before your arrival date, which is 15 short days! Call the Caribbean Beach Resort directly at (407) 934-3400 and make your request. When you check in, be sure you have a room that meets your needs while you're at the check-in desk. If you do not have a room that meets your needs, talk to the cast member and they'll work with you to ensure they're are met.
