Does WDW currently allow ride-share drivers to dropoff at Hollywood Studio?

    Rita,

Thanks for your question to planDisney!

Yes, rideshare services like Lyft have designated drop-off locations at all four of the Walt Disney World theme parks. Here is a quick run-down of where you will be dropped off at each park

    • Magic Kingdom Park: This drop-off location is actually at the Transportation & Ticket Center, which means from there you will have to monorail or boat over to the park.
    • EPCOT: You will hop out near the electric vehicle charging stations, which means a short walk, but not much different than the walk from the bus area.
    • Disney's Hollywood Studios: The drop-off location is next to the Disney Skyliner station directly in front of the park entrance, so a very short walk.
    • Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park: Also near the park entrance, you will be near where the non-Disney resort buses drop off their guests.

While I am a fan of using Disney Transportation (yes, even the bus system!), there are those moments on a trip where my schedule necessitates using a ride share service. I have found success with both Uber and Lyft, but I have had better luck with Lyft as of late. One note, however, to keep in mind. At park closing, and later into the evening, the wait for available rides can be lengthy, and I have experienced some cancelations. So be sure to request a car well before it is time for you to leave.

Write me back if you have any follow-up questions.
