We are going to WDW st Christmas time. I wanted to plan a character breakfast for my kids. My daughter loves Ariel and my son loves anything Cars movie. Is there anything for either of them?

The Princess Storybook meals at the Akershus in the Norway pavilion at Epcot often include Ariel in the lineup of princesses greeting guests. Since she is walking around the restaurant, Ariel is in her human form at the restaurant, wearing her wedding dress. To make reservations for this meal, call Disney Dining at 407-WDW-DINE or find an online reservation option HERE.

If your daughter wants to meet Ariel in her mermaid form, you could take her to Ariel's Grotto in the Magic Kingdom. There is no charge to meet Ariel here, but I should warn you that the line is often quite long. If you want to see Ariel at the Grotto, I suggest being there when it opens in the morning. Check the free Times Guide as you enter the park to see the exact hours of this experience.

Unfortunately there is no opportunity to dine with Cars characters at Walt Disney World. However, you can meet Cars characters at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Lately they have been greeting guests at Luigi's Garage. Be sure to check the free Times Guide when you enter the park. These are located near the maps and will tell you the exact times that the Cars characters will be greeting guests.

Have a wonderful time at Walt Disney World.
