We are going to WDW 9/26-10/2. I want to book a celebration dining at 180 days, but the schedule for MNSSHP won't be out then. Should I book a couple of dining options and cancel later or can I change a reservation once it's made to a different day?

    Hi Moira,

We love Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party. It is something I would make a priority to enjoy with you family.

As you can imagine, Disney's advance dining reservations are extremely popular and a number of the most popular places book quickly. The schedule for the Halloween party dates is usually released in late spring or ealry summer, but I would not wait for these dates to make your dining reservations. You are the safest, if you do book a variety of your dining choices, with the idea that once you are able to purchase the party tickets, you may need to change or cancel a dining reservation. You are able to cancel or change these dining reservations at any time, as long as there is still availability.

I would suggest keeping an eye here or on www.disneyworld,.com or www.allears.net for the announcement of the  party dates and making any changes as soon as you can. Hopefully everything will fall into place and no changes will be necessary.
