    wdl just announced free dining but only for moderate and up. we re at pop cent so we can have the qs plan.wondering if we can pay the differance and uggrade to the basic dp?

    Hi Rick!

    Yes! Almost always during the Free Dining promotion, upgrades are possible. Typically, to upgrade you'll be asked to pay for the price difference between the quick service and basic dining plans.

    The best way to find out if you can upgrade and what the price difference would be is to call Disney at 407-939-7675.

    Also, when you call, you may want to also inquire as to the price difference to upgrade to a moderate resort with the free basic dining plan. At times, the price difference between upgrading your dining plan at Pop Century and upgrading to a Moderate resort with a free Basic dining plan are very similar.
