I here they have water stations at the theme parks that cost $5 a day. Is this true.

Hi there, David! Nothing puts a damper on a perfect day at The Most Magical Place on Earth like a hydration headache, and drinking plenty of H2O is especially important during the summer months!

Walt Disney World Resort has made several efforts recently toward becoming more eco-friendly, including introducing paper straws, reusable merchandise bags, and refillable in-room toiletries. Just last week, my husband spied a brand new refillable water bottle station while he was having lunch at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café in Magic Kingdom Park. I've heard some gos-SIP there are a few other water bottle stations around property, including inside the Avatar Flight of Passage standby queue and the Animal Kingdom Lodge bus stop. I reckon we'll start seeing even more begin to pop up across the theme parks soon! The great news is these stations are complimentary for all Guests, so feel free to fill those water bottles up to your heart's (or mouth's) content. Stop by the shopDisney site for some fun stainless steel options before your vacation- I like the Purple Potion one myself!

Here's a Moms Panel tip: you can always ask for a free cup of ice water at all Quick Service dining locations. I always do this when we stop for lunch instead of purchasing sugary sodas. Check out the Disney Parks Blog for some extra tips on how to beat the summer heat on your vacation.

David, enjoy your trip in a few weeks!
