    Are water shoes allowed at attractions in the two water parks?

    Hi there Kathy,

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My family loves the Disney Water Parks, and we've spent a great deal of time over the years at both Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. I have always worn flip flops throughout the water parks and on the water attractions. With that being said, I have been asked to hold them on certain attractions. I've also seen other Guests wearing water shoes on the attractions. Based on my own personal experience, I personally recommend wearing water shoes or flip flops as the pavement can get quite hot especially during the summer months.
