Going to the water parks. Need info. 2 adult. My husband loves water parks but I enjoy the lazy river. 4 day water park tickets. What are the key highlights for both parks. Also what is the policy on water shoes? Lockers? etc.

Hi, David! You will be thrilled to know that there are lazy rivers at both of the water parks.  Blizzard Beach has Cross Country Creek, and Typhoon Lagoon has Castaway Creek.  Water shoes are recommended!  In fact, here is a quote straight from the Typhoon Lagoon webpage, "We recommend that you wear water shoes or flip-flops while visiting Disney's Typhoon Lagoon water park, as you may choose to climb stairs to access certain attractions. Plus, the ground can get hot and so will your feet! "  The same is true for Blizzard Beach.  Lockers are $8 to $10 per day, depending on the size you choose.  The stands where you rent them (like the turnstiles themselves) open 15 minutes before the official park opening time. The highlights from each park can be found under the Attractions link on the Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon webpages.  It is also fun to read the back stories of the parks on their overview pages.  Knowing the legends behind the themes makes the parks even more fun!  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
