I have a water park question... I wear glasses can you wear them when going on the water slides?? I can't see any thing with out them... Thanks 29 sleeps and counting... YIPEEE

    Hi Brenda,

You will not be asked to remove your glasses at the water parks. I've been on several of the water slides in the parks wearing sunglasses myself.

However, if you're planning on going on the really big slides then you may have personal concerns about losing your glasses, since they are so important to you.

There are a few possible solutions:

    - Ask your doctor about prescription goggles.
    - Get a waterproof band that attaches to your glasses and keeps them secure on your head. One popular brand is the Croakies Eyewear Retainer.
    - Get a plastic glasses case with a neckstrap. When you're at the top of the slide, take the glasses off temporarily and place them in the holder.

And just to be on the safe side, you might want to bring a copy of your prescription just in case there is some inadvertent damage.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
