Does a water park and park hopper option get you the extra parks without using a day pass to the 4 main parks? We're going for 8 days but I wondered if I can just get 7 days at the park & do the extra parks on the other day? are water parks open in Jan

Hi, Erin! The Theme Park tickets and Water Parks Fun and More options are counted separately.  You do not have to utilize a Theme Park ticket day to access one of the Water Parks Fun and More options. You can purchase the seven-day tickets with the Water Park option and visit Theme Parks seven days and still have seven Water Parks Fun and More entitlements to use. If you only want to go to a Water Park one day, you could purchase seven-day Theme Park tickets and then purchase one-day Water Park tickets to save some money.  If you wanted two or more Water Park days or to visit both Water Parks, you would add the Water Parks Fun and More Option to your tickets.  If you're only going one day to one Water Park, it is more cost effective to buy the Water Park ticket separately. Only two or more days makes the Water Parks Fun and More option a better deal. The Park Hopper option has nothing to do with the Water Parks. It allows you to visit more than one of the Theme Parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, or Animal Kingdom) in one day.  Blizzard Beach Water Park will close for its annual refurbishment January 4 through March 3, 2015, but Typhoon Lagoon will be open. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
