Which Water Park would be best for my DD7? She is tall for her age (51") but she does not yet want to try the bigger slides. She still likes the kiddies slides/rides. But it sounds as if she will be too tall?

Welcome back to the Mom's Panel, Katina!  I would recommend Disney's Blizzard Beach for your seven-year-old princess!  My family are annual water pass holders for the Disney Water Parks and my children ranging in age from seven to fourteen absolutely love Disney's Blizzard Beach! Ski Patrol Training Camp is a special aquatic play area at Blizzard Beach for big kids and pre-teens. Ski Patrol Training Camp is designed especially for kids who aren't quite ready for the bigger waterslides and are too old for Tike's Peak, a special play area just for preschoolers less than 48 inches.  My kids absolutely love the zip line (kid sized) and floating iceberg course in this special area of the park. You can also look forward to riding the Chair Lift together to the top of Mount Gushmore for easier access to Teamboat Springs, a fun family raft ride. Other family favorites include riding a raft along the Cross Country Creek and the double raft ride, Runoff Rapids. Follow the link I have provided above to view all of the attractions you can look forward to experiencing at Disney's Blizzard Beach. I hope this information helps!  Best wishes for a Splish Splashing Good Time, Katina!
    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
