    Hi , I will be watching the MK parade at 7pm and after that we would like to go and eat at Ohana's. How long will it take us to get from the park to the restaurant and can we watch the fireworks at 8pm from the Polynesian?

    Hi Sofia! Mmmmm, I love 'Ohana! You chose a great restaurant! To travel to the Polynesian from the Magic Kingdom, you have a couple of options. The quickest is to just hop aboard the monorail. The trip takes 10 to 15 minutes, but you may have to wait a few minutes for a monorail to arrive. The other option is to take a boat from the Magic Kingdom to the Polynesian. This route may take up to 20 minutes since the boat stops first at the Grand Floridian before heading to the Polynesian. However, you may enjoy taking the boat because you could watch the fireworks from it if they start while you're on the way to the resort. Also, the boat drops you off at a dock near the Polynesian beach, which is a great spot for viewing Wishes. Whichever transportation method you choose, once you arrive at the Polynesian, just stake out a spot on the beach to watch the fireworks, and then stroll inside the main building for your dinner at 'Ohana.
