When watching blogs and ways to upgrade your vacation, what is considered an upgrade at say Pop Century resort? When using a service such as a minnie van how do you pay? Disney credit card? Cash? We are coming 2nd week in June...

Hello Brenda!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Disney's Pop Century Resort is definitely my favorite Value Resort HotelRooms here recently were completely re-imagined, and I really like the clean, modern design.  A room upgrade from a Standard Room at this resort would include a Preferred Room, located close to Classic Hall where Everything POP Shopping & Dining is located; a Standard Pool View with views of the Bowling Pool or Computer Pool, or a Preferred Pool View with views of the Hippy Dippy Pool.  The rooms themselves, regardless of category, are all the same.  The vast majority of rooms at this resort have 1 Queen Bed and 1 Queen-Size Table bed (a Murphy-style bed that converts to a table.)  There are a few rooms with King Beds.

Minnie Van service is requested and paid for in the Lyft app.  You'll also see a link in the My Disney Experience mobile app.  When creating your Lyft account, you will need to enter a credit or debit card as a payment method.  You may use your Disney Visa card if you like.  You may also use PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.  Your selected payment method will be charged after your ride.  If you would like to tip your driver, you may do that through the Lyft app also, or you can offer cash.

I hope that helps!  Please let us know if you have additional questions.

    Have a wonderful stay!
