Hi there Larissa, I'm happy to welcome you here to planDisney!
As a fellow Disney+ subscriber, I totally get it - sometimes you just want to spend a little time in your
Disney Resort Hotel room, whether
taking a break from a busy day under the sun, relaxing a little bit before bedtime or even eagerly awaiting the release of the latest episode of the series you're following - and being able to watch what you want on
Disney+ is something you might really look forward to while you're on vacation!
- The last time that I stayed in Gran Destino Tower, I was delighted to see that I had a smart TV in my room and upon selecting "Connect My Device" from the menu on the home screen, it displayed the following on screen: "Have a Disney+ subscription? Watch all of your favorites on this TV by casting Disney+ from your mobile device."
- Alternatively, you can select "Disney on Demand" from the home screen menu which will display planDisney Panelists as well as Disney Parks content, as well as option to select Disney+.
Ahead of your visit, I recommend watching
films and content that directly relate to the experiences found at Walt Disney World Resort; I find it so fascinating to be able to see what Walt Disney Imagineering does to bring each attraction to life or even the behind-the-scenes magic shot at locations right within the theme parks. Bear in mind that with anything at Walt Disney World Resort, offerings are always subject to change without prior notice - especially whenever technology may be involved - and I expect that this process definitely has the potential to be different in the future. You're always welcome to
come back to us here at planDisney for any current information, advice or personalized tips in the meantime, and be sure to ask my pals
Elaine and
Nimmy for some of their latest knowledge from
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort!
Here's to relaxing with some serious TV-time on your next trip!
