Is it warm enough to go to the water park at the end of November to the beginning of December?

The average highs at this time of the year are in the low to mid 70s. Very nice for an afternoon at Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon.

However, I will remind you that mid 70s is the AVERAGE temperature. I have been to WDW in early December twice. On the first visit, it was in the 50s most of the time, with one morning so frosty that a member of our group slipped and fell on the ice on the dock at the Wilderness Lodge. On the second trip (our Moms Panel training in 2007), the temperatures were in the mid 80s. A few trips on Crush 'n Gusher would have been extremely refreshing. So, if things are normal, it will be quite comfortable for a water park, but any particular year could be quite different from the average.
