If you are wanting to do rider swap on rise of the resistance, I understand you need a boarding pass for your whole group but does that include children under the height requirement or just for those who are able to go on the ride

Hello, Joseph, and welcome to planDisney!

I'm excited to see you're ready to join the Resistance next month when you visit Walt Disney World Resort. Our family visited Walt Disney World last summer and had an out of this world adventure at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. My Padawans were eager to join the Resistance and battle against the First Order on Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. And taking control of the fastest ship in the galaxy on Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run was an unforgettable experience!

You will only need to assign younglings that are 40" or taller to your Boarding Group for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. To join a Boarding Group, "log in to your account at one of the distribution times and select 'Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance Virtual Queue' on the home screen. You will then be able to view the current status and next steps for joining the virtual queue." You can read more online about how to use the virtual queue.

While you're exploring Black Spire Outpost, be sure to stop by the Creature Stall to take home a new friend. If you get hungry during your travels, Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo is a great place to fuel up on galactic grub. You can even take advantage of mobile food ordering to select your arrival time and make your food selections.

Joseph, I hope this helps you plan your visit to a galaxy far, far away. Please let me know if I can help you with any other questions before your visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

May the Force be with you,
    Jedi Bob
