We are wanting to ride the WDW Railroad after lunch for some down time for our 2 small children. Can you ride the train around the whole park or will you have to get off at the next stop?

    Hi Amanda,

You can stay on the Walt Disney World Railroad for as long as you like.

The train makes a full loop around the park, stopping at Main Street, Frontierland, and the New Fantasyland Circus area. You can hop on or off at any point, or you can make the complete loop. Because the ride is continuous, with no definite beginning or end, there is no need to get off the ride until you want to. If you child happens to fall asleep, you could stay on for several laps around the park until they're rested.

I must confess that I've nearly fallen asleep myself several times with the gentle motion and clickity clack of the train. It really is a nice way to relax.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know what else we can do to help.
