chEARs Christina!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You are in for such a treat! We just returned from a vacation at the Most Magical Place on EARth and took full advantage of
the brand-new Disney Skyliner. Even my husband (who is not a fan of heights), thought
the ride was fantastic!
Disney Skyliner connects
Disney’s Hollywood Studios and
Epcot with four Resort hotels: Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, and
the brand-new jewel in Disney Vacation Club’s crown -
Disney’s Riviera Resort. So the easiest way to do a roundtrip is to start and end at either one of the Parks.
I had the same idea you did, and so I boarded
the gondolas at Epcot’s International Gateway. Since you want to avoid entering Epcot, I would start at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Once you board, you will head towards
Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. At the Resort, you will disembark and jump on the line towards Epcot. The transfer point has lots of signage, and its a few steps between the lines.
Once onboard, you will sail through the skies to Epcot with a brief stop at Disney’s Riviera Resort (where you will stay in your gondola as it goes through the station). When you arrive at Epcot, reverse your course, and you will have a great roundtrip!
If you want to visit the other two Resorts as part of your tour, you will see signage at the transfer stations to direct you to either
Disney’s Pop Century Resort or
Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. If all else fails, ask any of the
Cast Members manning the station - they are more than willing to help!
Christina, I wish you an enjoyable flight!
