Wanting to plan a family trip with my parents and my sister's family, 10 in all. Where is the best place to stay? :)

    Hi Gina!

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel and sending me your question! When my family has traveled with a larger party like my parents and siblings, we prefer one of Disney's Deluxe Resort Hotels. A party of 10 would need to divide up between two rooms, although some of the 2 Bedroom Deluxe Villas will sleep up to 9. We have stayed in a 2 Bedroom Villa at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village with a party of 8 before and it was very comfortable.

For a better value, you could look at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. The Family Suites offer spacious accommodations for parties up to 6 and include a bedroom with one queen-size bed, one double-size convertible TableBed, one double-size sleeper sofa, a living room, two bathrooms, and a kitchenette! You could get one family suite for 6 and a standard room at Art of Animation for 4. Disney's Art of Animation Resort is incredible and has many wonderful amenities.

I hope this helps you get started for planning. You can customize your search on DisneyWorld.com and check for any current Special Offers as well. Please be sure to send me any follow-up questions about your next visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.

    Have a magical day!
