Hi Moms! I am wanting to plan a Disney Christmas vacation for my Granddaughter for 2011. It will be her first trip to Disney. Can you tell me where I can find a schedule indicating when the Christmas decorations will be on display at Disney Orlando?

    Hi Peggy,

What a wonderful trip you will be giving your granddaughter!

In general, decorating around the Walt Disney World Resorts starts taking place right after Halloween in early November. However, all the decorations are not complete until Magic Kingdom becomes ready on Thanksgiving Day.

When you are in Disney, remember to visit the resorts as they have some of the most unique and special decorations.

    Have a magical vacation!
