I was wanting to know if there is a time or date that disney has for the water parks that is at night for people that cannot Be in the sun for a prolonged time. My daughter and I burn very easily even with a great sunscreen on. Thank you

    Welcome Kirk,

I totally understand your concern about time in the sun.  I am also fair skinned and try to avoid any prolonged exposure.  Unfortunately, both of the water parks close at 6:00 pm daily and I have not seen hours extended beyond that time.  If you'd like to enjoy the water parks, may I suggest purchasing rash guards which protect your skin from the sun's burning rays.  I have used them on occasion and found them to be very effective in keeping my skin safe.  Just Google "rash guards" and all kinds of information will pop up.  The products at the site, coolibar.com, are specifically recommended by the Skin Cancer Foundation.

If you'd really like to splash in the water, the resort pools are typically open until about 11:00 pm.  You will want to check with your specific resort for the actual times, though.

As Dory says, "Just keep swimming" and I hope that you'll be able to enjoy some pool time on your vacation.

    Be Magical,

    Leanne T.
