    Hi just wanting to know as a Florida resident if one person can pick up all the tickets at will call or if everyone needs to be present such as the minors over 10 that do not have ID ?

    Hi Jim and welcome to planDisney! Your magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is right around the corner! I’m so excited for you! Thanks for sending us your planning question. 

    Florida residents can activate theme park tickets purchased for themselves and any child under the age of 18, at any theme park ticket window or the Disney Springs guest services location. Only adults over the age of 18 would need to show their proof of residency to validate the theme park tickets. Once they are validated, you are good to go!

    Jim, don’t forget to keep an eye on the Park Hours Calendar during your vacation. You can view park hours and firework and nighttime and entertainment schedules too. Disney Enchantment at the Magic Kingdom Park is so spectacular! Main Street U.S.A lights up and Cinderella Castle is as beautiful as ever during this new show!
