    I am wanting to do character dining with my three grandchildren ( girl-10, boys-8 & 10 ). What do you recommend and is it too late to schedule anything. We are arriving 4-4-2010. Thanks!

    Hi Betsy!

    Even with your trip coming up soon you still may be able to make some character reservations.  I think the perfect dining experience that would appeal to your grandchildren's ages is a character meal with Mickey himself.  There are 4 restaurants that come to mind.  Chef Mickey's is located at the Contemporary Resort. The characters at this location include Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Pluto. The Cape May Cafe is another dining experience with characters that include Minnie, Goofy and Pluto.
    Ohana's Best Friends Breakfast with Lilo and Stitch is a fun polynesian inspired dining experience with characters that include Mickey, Lilo and Stitch. 

    If you are looking for a character dining restaurant at the parks Donald's Safari Breakfast at Animal Kingdom is another great choice.  The characters at this location include Mickey, Donald, Daisy and Goofy.
