    We are wanting to celebrate my twins' 9th birthday at DW and will want to do Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. We won't be staying at a resort, can we still do the MNSHP?

    Happy birthday to your kiddos! We celebrated my twins' 6th birthday at Walt Disney World and had an absolutely magical time.

    Anyone is welcome to purchase tickets for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, there's no requirement that you stay on Disney property. You can purchase your tickets right now online or over the phone at 407-W-DISNEY. I encourage you to get tickets in advance because some party nights do sell out.
