Hi, Amanda! You are correct that there is just one phone number for both Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique locations. Usually, the Cast Member assisting you with your reservation will ask which site you are interested in booking, and if no openings are available there, they suggest the alternate location (provided it has openings). If you are unsure if the Cast Member checked both locations, it would be worth a call back to confirm that both places were checked.
