I wanted to send a note and picture to a wonderful cast member we met in Pixie Hollow at the Magic Kingdom on our trip back in February. What address should I send it to and can I put it to the cast member's attention?

Disney welcomes feedback from guests about cast member performance. If a particular cast member has gone out of his or her way to make your trip extra special, then a wonderful way to thank him or her is to send a letter to Disney. Guest feedback is an important part of performance evaluation and job placement at WDW, so whenever a guest takes the time to write a note about a cast member, their comments are taken seriously.

To send a note of praise about a special cast member, write to Guest Communications at:

    Guest Communications
    P.O. Box 10040
    Lake Buena Visa, FL 32830

Be as specific as you can about the name of the cast member and what special service you received. I'm sure they will appreciate the effort you made.

If you would like a special cast member to receive a special note from you, send it to the address above with a cover letter explaining the situation. Guest Communications will make every effort to get your note where it needs to go.
