    I wanted to purchase advance memory maker but did not get the advance rate, instead I paid the full amount. How can I change this?

    What a rootin’ tootin’ adventure you’ll have at Walt Disney World Resort! I’m elated to hear you’re heading to the magic soon! The Memory Maker is a fantastic purchase because it lets you download all the Disney PhotoPass photos and videos you take throughout your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. The images and videos end up being some of my favorite keepsakes, and thanks to the Disney PhotoPass photographers, everyone in your party gets to be in the pictures!

    Darlene, I called and spoke to a friendly Cast Member at Disney PhotoPass who told me that you would need to give them a call, and they would be happy to look into your purchase and help you further. 

    Once you get that taken care of and are at the parks, I recommend whenever you stop to take pictures with a Disney PhotoPass photographer, ask them about Magic Shots! They’re available at select locations and are such a fun way to enhance your photos with whimsical effects.
