Hi...I wanted to know if it is necessary to book "A welcome to Disneyland" tour in advance or if we choose to book it then change our minds do we get refunded. I am planning a magical trip with my kids first time for us all. Thank you bunches :)

    Hey Howdy Hey Elizabeth,

Thank you for your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope you are having a Disney Day!

I'm so excited for your family to make their first magical trip to The Happiest Place on Earth! You are sure to create memories that will last a lifetime. The Disney Parks are all about celebrating, especially first visits. Be sure to stop by Guest Services and get your family their free First Visit buttons to wear during your trip; Cast Members that see the buttons in the parks will be sure to send warm wishes throughout the day.

You are going to love the Welcome to Disneyland Tour. It is a wonderful tour that will give you tips and tricks; great for a first timer to the Disneyland Resort. I suggest booking this early in your vacation so you can utilize all your tips you will learn. However, once the tour is booked, it is non-refundable.

I hope this is helpful and that you have a Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah time. If you have any more questions please write us back on how we can help you plan your pixie-dusted vacation.

Best wishes for a magical trip!
