Hi! We wanted to have dinner on 24 of december at Chef´s Mickey but there are not places available. Could you suggest me a nice place to have dinner with my husband and 2 years son? We would like a special place for my kid for the evening before Chris

    Hello Julieta,

I can't think of a better place to spend Christmas than at the Walt Disney World Resort.  You're going to be celebrating the holidays in style.  Dinner on Christmas Eve may be a bit of a challenge, but I have found a few places that still have tables available for that evening.  One of my favorites for a nice quiet evening is the Captain's Grille at Disney's Yacht Club Resort. With an extensive menu and a relaxed atmosphere, it will be the perfect place to spend your evening before it's time for everyone to go to bed and wait for Santa Clause to come.

If you'd like something a bit more rousing, Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue still has open tables for your Christmas Eve celebration.  I suggest signing in to My Disney Experience, Things to Do, Dining, Make Reservation and enter in the date and select "dinner" and you will see all that is available that evening.  I would not wait too much longer to make your selection.  The parks and resorts will be at their most busiest and you'll want to be sure to have a reservation.

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel.  Wishing you and your family a very merry holiday and a magical vacation.

Walt Disney captured my heart as a little girl and has not let go since. As a parent and grandparent, I have been to the Walt Disney World Resort with children of all ages, and also as empty nesters. I would like to share my years of experience so that you are able to start your own tradition of Walt Disney World memories, just as I have. Learn More About Leanne
