It sounds like you shipped some purchases while you were at Disney World and are trying to see when they'll arrive. If you sent your goodies from a Disney-owned gift shop, you should have received a Home Delivery confirmation slip (in my experience, it’s usually yellow). That paper has a tracking number that can be referenced when you call or email
Merchandise Guest Services (their contact information should be on the slip). Cast Members will use that number to track your souvenirs.
If you’re going through the post-Disney blues right now, I wanted to share a gem that brings a bit of the magic home. In the
Play Disney Parks app, you’ll find an At Home Fun section with Disney Parks Trivia and games themed after attractions like Andy’s Boardgame Blast! and Rocket Race. I like to play them when I’m missing the theme parks and need a little pixie dust sprinkled on my day.
