I wanted to book a character dinner at a restaurant within Epcot but only wanted to go for dinner. Do I need to pay for park admission into Epcot if I'm only have dinner there?

Hi, Kim! Without park admission, you can't enter any of the theme parks for any reason.  You will not be able to enter a park without a ticket, even with an Advance Dining Reservation. Another great option for your travel party is to make reservations at any of the wonderful Walt Disney World Resort Hotel restaurants.  There are some terrific character meals available.  Since those do not require theme park admission, you can visit those whenever you like.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
