Oh my goodness, CONGRATULATIONS Ashton!
You are combining two of my very favorite things - weddings and Christmastime! The first Disney cruise our family went on was a Very Merry Cruise, and I can attest that while the magic of Disney is evident on every cruise, it is
pixie dust on steroids during the holidays!
So, the first stop is online, where you can filter for the dates and type of cruise you want to go on. Head
here, and you will see multiple types of Very Merry Cruises. If you are planning for this year, the dates are now on the site. If your honeymoon is Christmas 2026, know that new itineraries are typically released 15-18 months prior.
Once you've decided which port you want to sail from, it's a matter of how long you want to sail and where you want to visit. We did a
4-night Bahamian cruise from Port Canaveral, and it was the perfect length for holiday fun! Since you are celebrating your honeymoon, consider sailing a bit longer so you have time to recover from your wedding celebrations!
Make sure to plan a few
special treats to celebrate your new marriage! I highly recommend a meal at
Palo Steakhouse. It is absolutely delicious, and the most elegant dining experience on the ship. You and your new spouse should also take advantage of a treatment at Senses Spa & Salon. I hear the couples massage is fantastic!
Ashton, if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to come back. In the meantime, enjoy planning your Happily Ever After!
