I am going to Walt Disney World in June 2025 with a group of 14 people including myself. We are flying into Orlando International Airport. Since Disney's Magical Express is no longer offered, what is the best way to get to our resort (Caribbean Beach)?

Hello Madison! When there's a smile in your heart, there's no better time to start planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and we're happy you found our little Neverland we call planDisney

Oh my goodness, a trip in June with 14 people sounds like a lot of fun will come your way this summer. I travel a lot with my big family so I appreciate your question. Transportation with a large group is a priority to work out when planning.

You are correct that Disney's Magical Express has been discontinued. But don't worry Madison, I'm sprinkling a little Tinker Bell pixie dust on your question, and I have the perfect solution for you. Mears Connect is the replacement shuttle service that you can use to get everyone to your Resort hotel. As an out-of-state visitor, I often fly in and out of the Orlando Airport and use Mears Connect. I generally book and pay for my trip online. Upon arrival, I collected my luggage and followed the directions to their bus location in the confirmation email. It runs very similar to Magical Express. These buses have always been clean and comfortable (which is very important to me), and their drivers have always been delightful. Keep in mind that buses do make multiple stops. Of course, using a ride-share service is also an option; however, for traveling with a large party, I wouldn't recommend this choice.

I know you are going to love Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. I also want to make sure that you've heard the splash-tastic news for Disney Resort hotel Guests this year. If exciting water slides, sandy beaches, and pool fun sound like the perfect activity for your large group, then be sure to take advantage of complimentary water park admission on your check-in day. And don't worry about transportation to the water park because the Walt Disney World Bus Service will get you all there!

Madison, I hope this helps your planning. As your trip gets closer, please don't hesitate to come back and see us. We have plenty of pixie dust to go around for future questions.

    Happy planning,
    Shonette
