    We are going to Walt Disney World the end of January and will be viewing Illuminations for the first time. We love Mexican food is there a good viewing spot near the Mexican restaurant in Mexico? I don't want to view from inside through the windows.

    Hey Tricia!

    La Hacienda de San Angel, is one of the few restaurants in Epcot which features a view of Illumination: Reflections of Earth. However, if you are not seated at one of the tables by the window your view could be obscured. I suggest making an Advanced Dining Reservation at least two hours prior to the show then simply stepping outside of the restaurant to the shore of the World Showcase Lagoon at least 30 minutes prior. There are plenty of great spots to watch the fireworks in the area around the Mexico Pavilion.
