What is the walking distance from the front check in counter to the mermaid rooms in the Disney's Art of Animation Resort?

    Hi there, Mike!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We're so glad you stopped by with your question.

Disney's Art of Animation Resort is one of my favorite places to stay when visiting Walt Disney World Resort! I've stayed in one of The Little Mermaid Standard Rooms on two separate trips and loved the immersive theming and attention to detail at every turn. Depening on how briskly you walk and which building your room is located in, I would estimate the walk to take approximately 10 - 15 minutes from the Front Desk in Animation Hall to your room. On both visits, my room was located in Building 9, which is a little farther away from Animation Hall than many of the other buildings at the resort; however, I found the walk to be quite enjoyable with so much to see along the path. From my room in Building 9, I found it took approximately 8-10 minutes to walk to Landscape of Flavors each morning.

I hope this information is helpful to you, Mike. Let us know if you have any other questions. We would love to assist you in planning a magical trip!

    Happy Travels,
    Jodie
