Hi Mary Joy!
Welcome to planDisney! I see you're already busy enjoying what I hope is a fabulous visit to Walt Disney World Resort, so let's get your answer faster than you can say "lights, camera, action!"
My husband and I stopped by the
AMC Movies at Disney Springs during a vacation just before the arrival of our third child. Spending a day relaxing in the theater was the perfect way to unwind! You can purchase tickets online to ensure that the film and showtime you'd like are available, or they also offer a walk-up line to buy your tickets once you arrive. If you are waiting until you arrive to purchase tickets, it's important to remember that seating for each showtime is subject to availability.
While at AMC Disney Springs, we took advantage of the unique
dine-in option available here. It's important to note that not all theaters at this location offer the full dine-in experience, When purchasing your tickets online or in person at the box office, you'll want to confirm that the movie, theater, and showtime you are selecting states that it offers "Dine-In Delivery to Seat" if that is important to you. For showings that do not offer the dine-in experience, you'll find a concession stand that allows you to purchase items to bring in and enjoy during your movie.
If you don't opt for the full dine-in experience during your movie, you'll find no shortage of great dining options at
Disney Springs. A few of my favorites are
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin',
Paddlefish, and
The Edison. While
advanced dining reservations are always recommended, you can
join a waitlist when available through your
My Disney Experience Mobile App.
Mary Joy, I hope this information has been helpful and that you enjoy a wonderful time exploring all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Disney Springs offers. If you have any other questions, please stop by to see us again here at planDisney!
Cheers,
Kristi
