If we wake up one morning and have park passes for AK, but my DH and DS want to do Epcot instead (and there is availability), can I switch their park passes for Epcot, but keep AK for DD and myself? Or do we all have to have the same park?

    Hi Melissa!

Welcome back to planDisney! Summer is always a magical time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. You’ll be happy to know that the Disney Park Pass System is designed to both be easy to use and flexible for Guests. Each Guest has an individual Park Pass, and you can cancel and rebook each member of your party individually!

As you mentioned, you’ll want to be sure that there is availability at the park you wish to switch to before you make any changes, by checking the Theme Park Availability Calendar. You will need to cancel the Park Pass Reservations for the Guests who wish to change parks from the My Plans section of My Disney Experience. When you do this, it does seem a bit alarming because initially, you’ll see “Cancel This Reservation” and all guests of “Your Party” listed below. Once you choose the “Cancel This Reservation” option, you’ll be taken to another page, and on that page, you can choose which members of your party you wish to cancel while leaving those you wish to keep! You can then rebook those Guests at a different park with availability.

I hope this helps, Melissa! Please let us know what additional questions you have before your visit this summer!
