MagicBand+ information ahead of your upcoming visit.
As you've seen, customized MagicBands are available for home delivery to US addresses up until 11 days before your resort check-in date. If shopping between 6-10 days before check-in, your customized band will be delivered to your Disney Resort Collection hotel's front desk. Once that window has passed, you won't be able to pre-order, but you'll be glad to know that MagicBands are available to purchase across Walt Disney World Resort from resort gift shops to merchandise locations within the parks. While I can't guarantee the availability of a particular design or theme, you're sure to find something to suit your tastes.
If you want to check the inventory before your first park day, check out the selection at
World of Disney at Disney Springs. They usually have a pretty wide variety of styles. You can also explore the options at
Creations Shop in EPCOT or the
Emporium on Main Street, U.S.A. in Magic Kingdom Park. In my experience, these locations tend to have the biggest selection, but there are plenty of destinations across the parks to search for your perfect fit. You can also inquire with Cast Members in person to see if they can point you to a location with inventory of that particular band. I've asked for help when on the hunt for a specific clothing item, and they were usually able to tell me exactly where to go.
Once you've purchased your band and linked it to your
My Disney Experience app, you can use it to enter the parks with linked admission, charge purchases to your room (and open your resort room door), link pictures captured by Disney PhotoPass photographers around the parks, and interact with the
Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues. My family also loves seeing our bands light up in sync at select shows and nighttime spectaculars.
