    i just waited 5 1/2 hours on the phone and had to drop the call to pick my kids up. All I wanted was to ask a question about dinning reservations. Is there some way to get through. Please don't apologize. I get it. just need a reliable answer.

    I have been there! I will try to help you get a reliable answer to your question as quickly as possible. 

    The first thing you can do is to call back. I find that wait times are lowest first thing in the morning, around 7:00 am. But I also know that with kids and jobs that isn't always practical. 

    You can also try reaching out to a Cast Member through chat. You can chat with a Cast Member through the help section of the Walt Disney World Resort Website or through your My Disney Experience Mobile App. 

    Your last option is going to be to bring your question to us here at planDisney and let us do the legwork for you! We would love to help answer your question in any way that we can.
