    while we wait to check-in at akl can we use the disney bus system to see other resorts. also what time is check-in at the kidani vilage? thank you

    The official check-in time for the rooms at the Animal Kingdom Lodge's Kidani Village is 4:00 p.m.

    If your room is available, you will be allowed to check-in early. If your room is not ready, you can go ahead and preregister at the hotel. This means that all the steps of registration will be completed, except actually getting into your room. The front desk will give you all your paperwork and your Key to the World cards which later function as your room keys and will be loaded with any park tickets or dining plan credits you have purchased. You are welcome to leave your luggage with the bell services desk at the hotel. They will store it in a secure area for you. You can then go ahead and explore the resort, jump in the pool, start touring the parks, or yes, visit other WDW resort hotels. You are welcome to use the free Disney transportation to visit the theme parks, water parks, Downtown Disney, or any of the WDW resort hotels.
