We will be visting WDW May 24-31. We are visiting Mk 3 d HS 2 dand AK 2 d. which hotel would be best for these parks. We have a budget but with the 4/3 offer we are more open to ideas if you could give a V/M/D resort that you would choose.

    Sara,

You will be visiting at a great time of year!  And of course that fantastic buy 4 nights, get 3 additional nights FREE deal makes it all the sweeter.

I don't think there is any one clear cut 'best' resort or location based on the parks you are visiting.  There will be travel from all resorts when visiting those 3 parks, so I believe that you should choose based on your personal preference.  First and foremost I believe the key to a successful vacation is to stay on budget, so stay in whatever category your pocketbook is most comfortable.  Among that category, I'd pick the exact resort based on which themeing appeals most to your family.

Personally, for a value resort I would choose Pop Century.  It is the newest value resort, has dedicated buses for transportation (they never share with other resorts) and they have frozen cokes in their food court.  'Nuff said!

For a moderate, without hesitation I would choose Caribbean Beach.  This has always been my families favorite moderate, but last week I was able to see the newly renovated rooms and pool...WOW!  This is, in my opinion, deluxe pool and themeing at moderate prices.  I look forward to staying there again soon!  (And I want a pirate room!)

The deluxe resorts, for me, are harder to choose between.  I think with budget in mind, I would choose the Wilderness Lodge for your family.  It has the lowest pricing of the deluxe resorts, yet offers gorgeous themeing and a great location just off the water by the Magic Kingdom.  It is one of our favorite DIsney resorts, and I think you would really enjoy a stay there.  My second choice would be the Animal Kingdom Lodge, which is also beautiful and budget-friendly.

No matter where you stay, I know you'll have a great vacation!
