Hi, Melissa! It absolutely brings tears to my eyes to imagine the joyous occasion you are about to celebrate! I hope your trip to Walt Disney World is as magical as the moment it commemorates!
You are celebrating the miraculous life of a child, and I can't help but think this is a day to enjoy your beautiful little princess! If you can splurge on a buffet meal, dinner at Chef Mickey's is one big party! With some of the most beloved characters, there's music, character meet and greets, and maybe even a celebratory dessert for the Princess of Honor! When dinner is over, you may want to head out to the observation deck, where you can enjoy the Wishes Fireworks from the Magic Kingdom. I love watching them from there, as it's almost like your own little party, plus it is a bit less scary for little ones to be further away from the noise.
How about floating high above the Downtown Disney area, overlooking the entire Walt Disney World resort? For less than $20 per person, your family can soar up in the Characters in Flight Hot Air Balloon. Your beautiful baby reached for the stars in her fight to overcome her illness, and now is the chance for you to emphasize the heights she achieved.
Perhaps you could book dinner in Cinderella Castle with the princesses themselves. It's a wonderful way to cap off a most magical vacation.
