We are visting Disney for the first time with our children Aug 3-11, 2012! Exciting! What days are best for visting the parks? We plan to vist the parks for 6 days (visting Magic Kingdom / Animal Kingdom twice) I hope to hear from you with some advice

    Hi Hannah!

    Congratulations on your upcoming trip!

You are going to have an amazing time!

Six days is a great length of time to visit Walt Disney World. I recommend that you visit Epcot and Animal Kingdom on the weekend days, as the weekend are typically more crowded and those parks can handle crowds much better. Epcot is so large and spread out that it is actually great to tour on crowded days. Animal Kingdom is actually the largest park in all of Walt Disney World!

Visit Magic Kingdom on a Sunday and/or Wednesday or Thursday, as those are usually low crowd days. Hollywood Studios is also a very popular park. Visit Hollywood Studios on a Monday or Tuesday.

If you have six days, I recommend that you visit Magic Kingdom twice, Epcot twice, Hollywood Studios once and Animal Kingdom once to maximize your time.

Also, make a list of your top five "must sees" for each day. That way you can ensure you hit the highlights without being disappointed that you didn't see it all.

    Magically,
    Stacy
