We will be visiting the world in october. We would like to eat again at 50's Prime Time Cafe. However the last time we ate there the food was way too much . My question is can my husband and I share a plate? That way we can have the shakes too. Thanks

    Hi Linda -

I love the 50's Prime Time too -such great comfort food AND delicious shakes.

There are some restrictions about ordering if you're using the Disney Dining Plan. But if you're not on the plan, then you're welcome to order whatever you want. You can your husband can split a meal or you can go and order just appetizers or just desserts.

You should also know that if you're in the mood for just a shake, you don't even have to have a reservation. I was with my twins at Disney's Hollywood Studios a few weeks ago. We walked by 50's Prime Time and they reaaaaaally wanted one of their famous malts as a snack. We went into the Tune-In lounge next door to the Prime Time and order a malt from the bar. They even poured it into two cups for ease of sharing. Yum!

Good luck and have a wonderful Walt Disney World vacation.
