    We are going to be visiting the week of Oct 11th thru 18th and celebrating our grand daughter's 5th birthday during the visit. She really wants to meet Tinkerbell, is there any place where she meets guests.

    Tinker Bell will begin to greet guests soon, but the most recent word we've heard on when this will happen is "late October." The new Tinker Bell movie is being released on October 28. Our educated guess is that the Tinker Bell meet-and-greet will officially begin on that day.

    However, there are sometimes previews or "soft openings" of new events or attraction. I wouldn't count on being able to meet Tinker Bell during your trip, but it might be worth your time to stop by the guest relations office at the Magic Kingdom and inquire about whether the Tinker Bell greeting is open or is in previews.
