Visiting WDW w/ 2 yr & 5 yr old boys. Can't decide btwn dining or deluxe dining. Will dining be enough to feed our 2 yr old as well? Are there options under snacks that I can use for some of his meals at counter & table service? Or do we go deluxe?

    Hi Heather!

Congratulations on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World!

We buy the Disney Dining Plan (DDP) everytime we visit and find that it saves us so much time, money and stress.

You don't need to buy the DDP for children under the age of three, therefore your two-year old can share with you at every meal, including both Table Service (TS) and Quick Service (QS) locations. We visited Walt Disney World for the first time when my daughter was two and we purchased the standard DDP and it was plenty of food for our entire family, including sharing with my two-year old.

Some of the TS locations even had special toddler meals for her and the all-you-can-eat locations allowed her to get her own plate of food off of the buffet.

You can also use the snack credits for your two-year old's meals. We did that as well because we had so many snack credits. We would buy her fruit, soft pretzels, Chip and Dale's pretzels and trail mix and milk with snack credits to provider her with meals and snacks.

I think that the standard DDP will work just fine, but the Deluxe DDP is great if you would like to enjoy the appetizers and other extras.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
