hi! will be visiting WDW in 2 wks! we have reservations at Akershus RBH for June 7th at 8a. I know the world showcase opens at 11 and we are worried that we wont be able to get into the world showcase so early to make our reservation. should we be worried?

Hi Julian,

Don't worry, although the World Showcase is shut at that time of the morning guests who have dining reservations at Akershus are allowed in. If Epcot is closed when you arrive look for the special breakfast turnstile, it's normally on the left hand side and has a big sign above it. The Cast Member there should have your name on their list but take your reservation number just in case. Once inside the park just head towards Norway and you'll be fine getting in. I did this a few years ago and it was lovely walking through an empty Epcot, we got some great photos by the lagoon with nobody else around!

After your breakfast make sure to keep your eyes open as sometimes characters are near the lagoon for a meet and greet. We saw Mary Poppins after our breakfast and there was no one with her so we had some nice quality time taking photos and getting her autograph.
